You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is damaged when received
The wrong product was delivered
The item has a manufacturing defect
The product is significantly different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned with its original packaging
Reported within the return request period
Supported with clear photos or proof of the issue
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless there is a valid reason approved by Vinruu Creations.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
Custom-made artwork
Personalized designs
Made-to-order wall art
Customized T-shirts
Gift items with names, dates, messages, or custom details
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging
Custom orders are created specially according to the customer’s selected design, size, color, artwork, message, or personal request. Therefore, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
Before confirming a custom order, customers are responsible for checking:
Artwork design
Spelling and names
Size and color preferences
Quantity
Any personalized details
If there is an error caused by Vinruu Creations, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or wrong item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
A short explanation of the issue
Once we review your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Product replacement
Exchange with the correct item
Repair or correction, where possible
Refund, if replacement is not possible
Refunds are approved only after we review the issue and confirm that the product qualifies for a refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may depend on the bank, payment provider, or selected payment method.
Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by Vinruu Creations.
We may offer an exchange if:
The wrong product was delivered
The product is damaged or defective
A replacement product is available
For size, design, or color changes requested after delivery, exchanges may not be accepted unless approved by Vinruu Creations.
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.
Custom-made and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the design process or production has started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the return is due to a mistake by Vinruu Creations, such as a wrong or defective item, we will guide you on the return process.
If a return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return delivery charges.
Returned items must be packed safely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different due to screen brightness, device settings, lighting, or photography. Small color differences are not considered defects.
For handmade, custom, or creative products, slight variations may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered product faults.
